HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Option 1: Via our online store (website)

Option 2: Send a text message to our hotline 0917-562-1386 with the following details:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Orders (qty, ground or whole)

WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT AVAILABLE?

  • Online payment via Paypal
  • Bank deposit via Eastwest Bank

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Upon confirmation of receipt of payment (for bank transfers, once we have received a copy of your deposit slip via email):

For METRO MANILA orders:

3-5 days via Xend

For PROVINCIAL orders:

5-10 days via Xend

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping fee depends on the volume of your orders and the delivery address.

METRO MANILA – Typical shipping rates via XEND courier:

Php 70
Php 110
A manual computation of the shipping fee will be sent to your email

PROVINCIAL – Typical shipping rates via XEND courier:

Php 90
Php 180
A manual computation of the shipping fee will be sent to your email

If you want a same-day delivery, we also offer shipping via Grab Express but the fee will depend on the delivery address (Metro Manila only).

Shipping fee for same-day deliveries must be paid via bank deposit. We will get in touch with you directly regarding this.

Note: The shipping rates stated above are just estimates. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event that shipping fees change, we will inform you upon confirmation of your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After payment confirmation and as soon as the courier has picked up your package, we will send you a message indicating the waybill number and corresponding website you can track your order/s.

OTHER THINGS I NEED TO KNOW?

Because we are committed to only serving fresh coffee beans, we do not stock up on packed coffee at home. We only process and pack your orders after payment confirmation to ensure that your coffee is delivered to you fresh! Which is why for confirmations sent after 1 pm, our courier will only be able to pick this up the next working day because of the time needed to prepare your orders. We hope you understand!
